That’s why Urban Interior can propose to you.

There might be many people who feel uncomfortable of their interior, or worried about interior becoming out of fashion as time passed, or would like to make their rooms more stylish and sophisticated with interior. Urban Interior is a company which specializes in interior coordination, and accept those customers’ hope and realize ideal living space.

We also have had extensive architectural knowledge and housing design skills as we were independent of an architect office before. That makes us possible to offer more appropriate and original interior design services to our customers who might have both problems and desires for their home such as,” I would like to make the room more stylish and tasteful by renovating as the room gets old as time passes.” or “The interior design right now doesn’t fit my feeling.”

Besides, we have been continuing to make efforts to catch up with the latest design trends through learning them. It is also one of our strengths, and it enables us to realize highly original living spaces by adding innovative functions and a playful element.

We always pursue interior designs to create living spaces that can increase our customers’ “Personal Values”. However, the idea of “Ideal Home” depends on way of thinking or their lifestyles.

Company History

June. 1989	Established Urban Architect Office Co., Ltd. in Fukuoka, Japan.
April. 1991	Established Sanwa Material Co., LTD. Transferred the Interior Division. Relocated the main office to Chuo-ku Kuromon, Fukuoka, Japan.
April. 1995	Ms. Yumiko Sakaguchi was appointed as president of Sanwa Material Co., Ltd. Constructed new building in Chuo-ku Shirogane, Fukuoka, Japan and the main office was transferred
Nov. 1999	Urban Interior Co., Ltd. was established after its spin-off from Sanwa Material Co., Ltd.
Nov. 2001	Opened Tokyo Branch Office.
Nov. 2006	Tokyo Branch Office transferred.
Jan. 2007	The Fukuoka main office was renovated.
June. 2007	Mr.Yasunori Miyazaki was appointed as President
June. 2013	Opened Osaka branch office.
Sep. 2014	Opened a showroom on the 2nd floor in the Fukuoka main office.

Privacy Policy

Urban Interior Co., Ltd. (the ”Company”) set forth how to handle with user’s personal information in the services (the “service”) provided on the company’s website ( https://www.urban-interior.co.jp/ ) as Privacy Policy (call as “the main policy”) as follows.

Article 1 (Personal Information)

The Company define “personal information” as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information relating to living individual person such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, contact address and descriptions that can identify the specific individuals, and information which can solely identify the specific individual person (personal identification information) such as appearance, finger print, voice print and insure number of health insurance card.

Article 2 (Collection Method)

The Company may request personal information such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, e-mail address, bank account number, and credit card number when users make an inquiry or purchase a product. Also, the Company may collect transaction record or payment information including users’ personal information form company’s business partners (including information providers, advertisers, advertising distributors, etc., hereinafter referred to as “partners”).

The main example of collecting and utilizing private information is following purposes:

1.To plan design of model rooms;
2.To plan Skeleton infill design;
3.To sale imported and domestic interior products;
4.To produce space for residences and facilities;
5.To manage order from the SHOP page of this website;
6.To make sales activities relating to upper 1 to 5 (such as providing information relating to products and services or delivery of documents) and provision of after services;
7.To claim charge of paid services for our users;
8.Purposes incidental to the above purposes of use.

Article 4 (Change of Purpose of Use)

1.The Company shall change the purpose of use of personal information only when it is reasonably deemed that the purpose of use is relevant to the purpose of use before the change.
2.In the event of a change in the purpose of use, the Company shall notify the user or publicly announce on this website the purpose of use after the change by the method prescribed by the Company.

1.The Company shall not disclose or provide privacy information to the third parties without the consent of the person. However, this provision shall not apply to following cases:

1.The Company will manage the personal information in our possession safely and accurately, and strive to prevent and correct unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc.
2.Notwithstanding the above, the Company shall not disclose any information except privacy information such as historical information or characteristic information in principle.

Article 7 (Correction, Deletion and Suspension of Use of Personal Information)

1.The Company shall disclose personal information within a responsible period after confirming the request is ordered by the person themselves and correct or delete or suspend incorrect one.

Article 8 (Proper Management of Personal Information)

1.This policy can be amended without any notification to users except otherwise provided by act or this policy.
2.Unless separately stipulated by the Company, the Privacy Policy after any change shall take effect since it is posted on this Website.
